seaway law offices: Who we are
experiencing dark days? we'll help you face the storm.
come right in.
Seaway Law houses two accomplished and independent law firms: Ben Bowden, PC and Halliday Law Firm. Both attorneys have client-centered practices, and though each specialize in distinct areas of law, the shared, interdisciplinary space encourages creative thinking and problem-solving. Because the legal process can be confusing and stressful, both stay deliberately small in order to provide efficient and personalized attention to each and every client. Known for their experience, discretion, and integrity, Bowden and Halliday are approachable both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Mr. Bowden and Mr. Halliday work with clients and attorneys in and around the Gulf Coast, the state of Mississippi, and the entire Gulf South Region. Mr. Bowden represents clients inland as well as all surrounding waterways—including but not limited to: the Mississippi Sound, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Mississippi River.
It is easy to reach the office directly from Highway 90, Interstate 10, and the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport. Strategically based in Gulfport on Lorraine Road between the Kremer Bridge and the Cowan-Lorraine Wilkes Drawbridge, the lawyers are in working distance to other BridgeWater Commons businesses–including Prime AthletX Functional Training, Dr. Brian Leatherman’s office, Memorial Physician’s Clinic, Hardin Sports Medicine and Performance, and Gulf Coast NeuroSpa–proving convenient for clients.Halliday is near the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, Harrison County Jail, and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Gulfport Border Patrol Station; off Bayou Bernard, Bowden’s proximity to the industrial seaway channel is helpful for clients coming from Goldin Metals, Isco Metals, Delta Industries, Gulf Coast Shipyard Group, VanOsdel Marine and Marine Surveying, John Fayard Moving & Warehousing, Fastenal, Gulfship, Siemans, Channel Chemical Corporation, Sunbelt Chemicals Inc., Mississippi Power Watson Plant, and the many other industries in the immediate area.
